600 W bi-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) in a CFP5-FL (SOD128FL) small and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed for transient voltage protection.

Reverse standoff voltage: VRWM = 9 V to 160 V
Very low package height: 1 mm
Excellent clamping capability
