Nexperia’s response on announcement of US Government regarding Wingtech
十二月 02, 2024Nijmegen -- Nexperia is aware that the U.S. Department of Commerce announced on December 2, 2024, that certain companies, including Nexperia’s shareholder Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wingtech”), have been placed on the Entity List.
The listing subjects Wingtech’s access to U.S. technology to licensing requirements. These do not apply to Nexperia or its subsidiaries. Nexperia will comply with the U.S. restrictions as these apply to its interactions with Wingtech.
